“Tech Careers Report PT 2021”, prepared by Landing.Jobs states tech professionals in Portugal earn 32,500 euros gross annually. Contractors receive an average of 48,000, 54% more.

There is still a gender gap on wage equality. Men earn on average 16% (decreasing from 23% last year).
