GDPR in Portugal
Portugal issued zero fines under the GDPR in 2020
With a European average of around 11 fines per country, during the year 2020, and with Spain leading with a big difference from second place (Romania), 134 vs 26 fines, respectively. Portugal joins Malta and the Czech Republic, being the 3 countries that during 2020 did not impose any fines under the GDPR.
Case to say that I have suffered more GDPR violations than the whole of Spain and maybe the whole of the EU 😅
